STANDARD SHIPPING – Standard shipping is via UPS Ground. Shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.
EXPRESS SHIPPING – UPS and USPS express services are available. Please place express orders by telephone.
ALASKA, HAWAII, APO & FPO – If you prefer USPS Priority Mail over standard UPS, please place your orders by telephone.
U.S. TERRITORIES – At this time, we are not accepting orders from U.S. Territories.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – At this time, we are not accepting international orders.
We keep all listed items in stock in our Southern California warehouse and will normally ship orders within one or two working days, but this is not guaranteed. In rare cases where we cannot ship your order within a few days, we will attempt to contact you to confirm that this is acceptable and to update you on the status of your order. If your order is time sensitive, please feel free to place your order via telephone, inform us of your urgency, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Standard shipping is via UPS Ground. Time in transit is approximately one to three business days for most of the Western United States, four days for most of the Midwest and South, and four of five days for most of the East Coast. When we ship your package, UPS will send you an email with tracking information including an estimated delivery date.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES – Please take the time to ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct. Unit numbers and business names should be included when applicable. In the unlikely event of a customer error, said customer could be responsible for additional shipping charges or possibly the loss of merchandise. As of this writing, UPS charges $10 to correct an incorrect address. Should a package prove to be undeliverable, UPS will charge us to return the package to our warehouse in addition to the cost of shipping to the consignee. We reserve the right to charge the customer for any such costs.
All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please contact us via email or phone for your RAN. Your RAN must be included on all shipping labels.
Returns will only be accepted in salable condition as determined by ASE. Product should be in undamaged, original packaging. DVDs must be unopened with packaging intact. Uniforms and apparel must be unsoiled, unwashed, unaltered, and not covered in pet hair! Before trying anything on, be sure you are clean, as is anywhere you place your garment.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest you send your return insured with delivery confirmation. If you’re return doesn’t make it back to us, we cannot issue a credit to you.
We do not charge a restocking fee, but shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective items are not subject to the above conditions, but you must still contact us for an RAN and instructions before returning your item. Defective items will be replaced or repaired at our discretion. Defective DVDs may be returned for replacement by the same title only.
All orders placed via this website which are shipped to a California address will incur sales tax charges.
